The beginning of my “twenties”, its a big deal right?
A lot of people say that turning 20 isn’t a big deal because although you may no longer be considered a teenager you cannot legally drink. As someone who just turned 20 today, its a big deal for me! WHY? Not a lot of people in this day an age get to even hit the age of twenty with all the dangers happening in our society. Having another year added onto your life isn’t just a simple birthday but its a blessing to grow and mature within age.
As I write this, I am feeling pretty blessed to turn 20! Nineteen was a memorable year for me due to the fact that I went through a lot of changes not just personally but in all areas of my life. I grew closer to my faith in Christ. I began to step out of my comfort zone and grew as a person drastically.Yes, drastically. I began to learn how to drive as well as step into the kitchen for once. I cried, I laughed, I smiled, and all other emotions within that year. Because of this, I decided to start my own lifestyle and advice blog.
I left my comfort zone of feeling lazy and not believing in myself. I said to myself consistently THE WORLD IS YOURS!
Thank you nineteen year old self for the memories.. BUT its time for me to show the 20 old me a good time.
